Cancellation & Hold Policy
Plans change — let us know early. Seats are held for 15 minutes only and will be released if you are late without notice.

- Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges
Deposit Policy
Larger reservations require a deposit so we can secure your seats and service in advance.
- Bookings of 3 tables or more require a 50% deposit upfront
- Reservations are confirmed only after the deposit is received; deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation
House Rules
To protect our atmosphere and service quality, please note the following house rules.
- Lounge: outside drinks strictly prohibited
- Suites: outside bottles allowed with NT$3,000 corkage per bottle (non-deductible from suite minimum). Unopened bottles brought in are still charged as opened.
- Outside food is prohibited venue-wide; a NT$10,000 cleaning fee applies if brought in (birthday cakes exempt)
- Suites have no time limit (until closing); no entry for under-18s venue-wide after 00:00
